View the training videos that are available for download on our website at http://www.hsphoto.com/education.html The Education area will continually be updated with new tutorials, so stop by and visit the site for the latest information. If you need help accessing these videos please call the lab for assistance. 4. When ordering from scanned film, or images that are on file at the lab, you must use the 7-digit original order number that has been provided to you within the “Reorder” section of the “Review Order” screen. Otherwise, if you are sending us your high-res (digital camera) files then you will not type anything into this area. If you do not use a 7-digit Original Order Number the order will not come to the lab correctly, and will have to be re-sent. If you do not know your 7-digit number or only have a 5 or 6-digit number, please call the lab for assistance. 5. You cannot combine an order from scanned film and high-res digital files within one job. You will need to submit these orders separately. 6. Once your order has been successfully sent to the lab, you should receive an email confirmation within a short period of time (usually a few minutes if the order has been successfully processed without error). If you do not get this email after a couple of hours please call the lab before resending that order. Please check to see that your order ID is unique before sending the order, if we receive an order with the same order number from you that has been previously submitted and processed, there will be a delay in processing your order while we check the order's contents to verify that it is not a duplicate order. 7. Please take the time to print out your order under the “Show Order” screen, and when you get your confirmation email you can then match those together. This will help us service you quicker if changes need to be made, and help you stay organized. 8. All special instructions should be listed by clicking on the “Instructions” button and then typing in the requests. This is also a good area to put in any special shipping or payment information that may pertain to this order. 9. By using the H.S. Pro Digital ordering system, your order is being processed faster than ever before. After the lab has received your order you will have a short period of time to make any changes or adjustments to that order. Call the lab as soon as you realize that something may not be quite right. This way we can catch the order before it prints, and before you are charged for a service that has already been completed. 10.
