Getting Started with HS Photo is very quick and easy.

Step 1. Sign Up

     Start by filling out our New Customer Account Form . Once you submit the information you will receive an email providing you with an HS Account Number. We are open Monday – Friday, and your account number will be sent to you within 24 hours after someone with our customer care team receives your info.

Step 2. Download Our FREE Ordering Software

   Click on the "Launch HS ProDigital" link found on the top right of this page. Our software is free and easy to use, however if you have any questions regarding the ordering process please feel free to call or email us at anytime. You may also find helpful information in the HS ProDigital Training center. There is an overview manual and video tutorials that cover the basics of sending in your order. (Visit the “Ordering with HS” page for alternative ways to send us your images.)

Step 3. Send Your Order to HS Photo

     Once you have created your order with our software, you can send it to us securely through the internet. Standard print orders are normally shipped out in about 2 working days. If you are local, feel free to stop by and pick up your order when it is ready. You may want to sign up for “Web Order Inquiry” which will allow you to check the status of your orders online!
